November 2007: LMS and Abbey
After tender submissions, the Firm is delighted to have renewed a 2 year deal with Legal Marketing Services to process Abbey plc remortgages.
August 2007: Capstone Mortgages and London & European
Another lender is secured with the processing of parts of the remortgage for Capstone Mortgages. Capstone was impressed with the automated processes within the Firm and that together with pricing ensured a successful tender. After years of tenders, the Firm finally secured a place on the prestigious London and European panel to process volume remortgage work for another 2 lenders.
July 2007: First Active
The Firm is delighted to be invited to process First Active remortgages as that brand experiences high applications as a result of an intense marketing campaign. The processing of these cases is sufficiently buoyant to provide a throughput of instructions until December.
June 2007: Accord Mortgages
After many months of negotiation the Firm was pleased to secure new work with Accord Mortgages Ltd in a triangular deal with eConveyancer to process a new fees assisted remortgage product for that lender. The deal was particularly significant as the lender is a new entrant to the market and chose to partner with the Firm and eConveyancer to launch their new proposition.
May 2007: Buckinghamshire Building Society
Local lender the Buckinghamshire Building Society have launched a new fees assisted fast track remortgage product. After detailed negotiation and discussion over process, Gordons were delighted to be awarded the contract to undertake this work.
February 2007: Offshore Processing
The Firm commenced detailed training for offshoring parts of their back office operation for Clients who agree the advantages of price competitiveness, quality and capacity.
